Petar R. Stoyanov holds a Bachelor of Laws from the Université de Sherbrooke and a Master of Laws from McGill University. He is known for his work ethic, his dedication to his clients and his ability to simplify complex legal concepts. 

Mtre Stoyanov assists clients on a wide rage of matters in the area of business law including, but not limited to, the incorporation of professional corporations as well as the purchase and sale of businesses and he is accustomed to taking part in due diligence projects. 

Mtre Stoyanov also assists clients in diverse matters involving civil and commercial litigation, employment law, consumer protection and insurance coverage. Moreover, he has previously worked on certain class-action files alongside renowned lawyers in this area who have been his mentors. 

Prior to founding Canlex Avocat Inc., Mtre Stoyanov was a lawyer at the Montreal office of one of the largest and most prestigious international law firms. Before that, he successfully completed internships in another leading Canadian law firm, in the legal department of a major Canadian food retailer as well as in the legal department of a Canadian Crown corporation. Moreover, he was an editor of the Law Journal of the Université de Sherbrooke.
